We make sure all our new patients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, we will review your medical history, explain any issues, and help you choose options for treatment. If you're not familiar with chiropractic medicine, or physical therapy, we'll gladly take the time to explain it, and answer any questions you may have.
What to Expect on Your First Appointment
When coming in for your first appointment, we will ask you to provide a valid ID, proof of insurance, unless you choose to pay with cash, or are a qualified candidate for the Patriot Project​ (see below for details).

We will then require basic intake forms consisting of a New Patient Form and Medical History Form. These can be completed beforehand and sent to us or brought in with you to your appointment.
​
Once these are completed, we will take you to a private room to perform a head to toe assessment of your past medical history, orthopedic tests, and conclude the session with a treatment plan for your diagnosis.
Each follow-up visit is much shorter. They may last between 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the treatment plan prepared.

Active Military & Veterans
We are grateful for the service and sacrifices our active military and veteran personnel have done. For that, we are involved with The Patriot Project, and pledged to treat 4 qualified patients per month who are:

You will never be billed for any services, and you will be afforded the same consultation, exams, documentation, and other services as are common with a typical patient.
Please bring a form of ID or proof of service in order to verify your military service or veteran status.
